Children learn to feel safe, parents feel informed, and everyone feels welcomed into an environment shaped by warmth.
From the moment you arrive, our team offers a friendly and reassuring presence. Children are encouraged to explore at their own pace and ask questions freely. We explain each step in simple, friendly language so visits feel predictable and safe. Parents are kept informed with clear guidance that supports assurance at home.
Children thrive when learning feels positive. We focus on education that feels empowering and enjoyable. Topics like brushing, nutrition, and protecting enamel are discussed with patience and encouragement so families feel supported and children feel secure of their progress.
We also monitor growth and development to ensure alignment, spacing, and jaw function are progressing well. This helps plan early support if required.
Treatments for children are carried out with respect and kindness. We move slowly when needed and celebrate milestones so each child grows more comfortable over time. For families, routine care, cleans, fluoride support, and early orthodontic guidance help maintain health and stability.

I recently had major dental surgery at Altura Cleveland and can't praise, and thank, them enough for their amazing work, care and professionalism. Dr Shaiel, from the first meeting to the final fitting (about 8 visits over a few months) explained everything in layman's terms as to what each treatment would entail, the costs associated with each option and the best options for my final outcome, and the care and time taken to reach that goal was exceptional. I would highly recommend Dr Shaiel and his team.
Altura is worth checking out for your dental needs. I came across their well-reviewed and recommended ad and decided to investigate. Dr Bryan is lovely and will work with you individually on achieving the results you’re after and genuinely wants success for you and your smile. Receptionists are friendly and make you feel very welcome too. At the start of my journey but I have been so happy with their service so far.
Very professional and friendly staff . I’m very happy with the results. And I love the follow up call to make sure we ok . I highly recommend this dental clinic. Thank you DR Namm and the helping staff .
This experience has been truly transformative. My dentist was exceptionally supportive, always available to address concerns, answer questions, make necessary adjustments, and provide reassurance that everything was progressing as expected. He ensured that my new teeth were perfectly suited for me.
I travel 45 minutes to see these ladies, the surgery practice is absolutely beautiful, clean and cozy. Staff are so kind and welcoming. The fact I had a blanket and headphones to watch whatever I wanted on Netflix was a big bonus too. Last appointment I fell asleep, they are so gentle and caring I will never go anywhere else. Best dentist I’ve ever had and I had a few as a kid with braces
I have just completed first stage of an implant, having my tooth extracted. Dr Namm was excellent and explained the whole process to me. There was absolutely no pain involved in extracting the tooth. It was just so good...I was really impressed as I have had extensive dental work in the past and it has always been extremely painful. The after-care is second to none. I honestly can't recommend Altura Dental highly enough.
