The All-on-4 Process
Treatment begins with a consultation, digital X-rays, and a 3D CBCT scan to plan precise implant positioning. Four to six implants are then placed under local anaesthetic or sedation, with any remaining teeth removed at the same time. Within 1–3 days, a temporary fixed bridge is fitted so you can smile and eat soft foods right away.
Over 4–6 months the implants integrate with the bone while your permanent bridge is designed. Final digital scans are then taken to create and fit a titanium-reinforced ceramic bridge across 2–3 appointments.
